I tried playing the guitar today..

D is okay but i have to move my hand.. and need to stretch my finger, i need to use my right hand to shift my finger..
It's like very numb now..
But nevermind, i should be able must get used to it..
I think my bro is used to it that's why he's didn't hurt and he can move his fingers fast..

Merry christmas people!!!!!!!!!

before the BBQ, had tech meeting in the library and it was pretty cold..
and as usual, we didn't do much work but we did do some homework instead.. (:

Before BBQ went to fairprice to get some frozen chicken and disposables with peishi jamos and his mum..
Took mrt to jamos' house and chopped garlic, i think but most probably is, with dorcas david and jamos..
brought the stuff down to the pit and it started to drizzle, but THANK GOD it stopped..
Kaiting Celeste and Charis came and we started to get down to work..
More people came and the first batch of food were cooked.. Not quite, the fishballs are nice, hotdogs coated in honey(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) chicken wings.....totally have room for improvement.. it's not THAT bad, really! (:
We even went to the jacuzzi pool to dip our legs in and took some pics but then was chased away by a guard..
Then we helped to barbecue some food and the beef is delicious with the sauce(I keep asking charis to take it cause i tried it already but she insisted i take it first, so kaiting ask us to take one each..) the salmon goes well with it too.. (:
I was kind enough to feed xingyi some of my salmon piece then grace was like uh...... then when he ask grace to take the last piece of salmon piece so he can put the metal grill down, grace went "I'm not going to feed you" haha so straightforward..
Kaiting and i walked around the pool, from the pit to the toilet to get tissue and realised that it was behind the dor..
Later celeste and charis had to leave so i went with them..
I think i dropped my clips there too ( hope someone picked it up).. on the train, charis told me some racist jokes .. haha it was funny even though it's not correct in a way, but come on, who cares??!!

I lost my voice.. and gaining it back slowly..
It's bad cause i can't communicate and my mum doesn't understand any action i was doing so i had to type down whatever i wanna say which is super troublesome and the words are small for my mum that she needs to keep repeating the words over and over to get the message right..
2 nights ago my bro's voice sounded up the whole apartment and i had to just shut up ( jared said thats the fastest and best way to heal and get my voice back)..
MY bro also treated me like his doll and make me do funny faces so he can compare with his friends which he would like to call : ugly..
I think this year, i broke my personal record of times i lost my voice..

Yesterday:
I didn't sing, pray or talk during meeting.. It was only after that i tried to talk..
Went to Ang Mo Kio hub to get the stuff for the bbq with aloysius david dorcas eeshan and jamos.. after that, jamos' lace got stucked in the travelator and luckily it managed to pull it out but the whole thing stop because david pushed the emergency button..
the poor people pushing the trolley can't push it up.. haha
Then jamos and dorcas went home and left me with the others to get dinner aty the food court upstairs..
Compared to the others, i ate quite little and very slowly.. so they were like you eat very slow for very little food..
Asked aloysius to teach me the handphone thing then eeshan has a fater way to do so but must do it super fast - david and i can't get there using that method..
Then aloysius did something that got me so panic-key and said keep pressing any buttons..
but the way to get out is to : stop pressing the buttons!!!!!!
Not fair.. they told me to press..

Today:
I went for sunday meeting today..
Served and had lunch then washed toilet..
First time in history i was washing the toilet..
So mary washed the floor, tes washed the toilet cubical and i washed the sinks..
It was very fun.. haha
Guo Hong single-handedly washed the male toilet himself using the same time we washed it..
which means he's very efficient and us- nah..



Had hydro therapy today..
The exercises were very nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was so happy even though my hair was wet..
because i've been longing to dip my face into the water ever since so now when my hair is wet, i'm still pretty happy..
It's a little like swimming and it kinda reminded me the passion i used to have for swimming..
But the exercises were very tiring.. like pushing the noodles thing, that could be bought from TOY R US, into the water.. it is made to float so the resistance against the water is.. whoa..
Gotta push those made-to-float material weights into the water and keep my arms straight and swim freestyle(i absolutely hate that stroke).. as in only the legs.. it is nice but arrgh.. heavy..
Later i got dizzy, like really dizzy..
But gotta head to TOYS R US to get somethings special.. (:

Today at tuition, i just mentioned KK hospital then jiongle guessed that the only reason i'm going there is that i'm pregnant and needs to get the baby aborted..

it's so stupid..

Went to church today..
I left the house early because mummy can't wait for me to leave..
in the end, we ended up shooting sarcastic remarks at each other..

Had choco mint and MANGO sorbet at donut factory while kaiting ate 2 donuts..
Today is combine meeting because got the overseas saint..
It was really cool.. even though i don't understand thai..

Had dinner..
Yong tau fu.. tes said that it's too healthy.. haha

Had coffee and luck said tes and i shouldn't take chocolate for the sugar contain.. we were very high..haha

Today went to Jamos' house, after walking the wrong way, and played badminton for a while before jamos and dorcas went to bring eeshan in..
they played soccer while dorcas and i sat aside and watch..
david sneaked in and the aloysius came..
we thought he was playing in jeans put he brought clothes to change..

Dorcas and i just sat under the sun and "sun-bathing"..
Then eeshan's leg was injured but it was really injured during conference..

later we talked about something then i realised that eeshan and aloysius is very good at saying no and you're not invited.. david just laugh.. haha it's weird..
basically, today is full of sun fun and perspire..

yesterday my brother made me dress up in weird stuff, like this huge windbreaker(as the skirt), his NPCC uniform(as a overall), my white belt(to make the uniform smaller), [school shorts and a shirt]-what i originally wore, and i have to hold a box of pencils( my bro says that's the gun).. he also made me put on this spy gear thing and took a picture..
weird..

Had tuition today and jiongle gave me root beer, telling me not to get drunk.. like huh?? okay..
It only made me burp throughout the whole passage i was suppose to do..
and throughout class, we kept saying stuffs about each other(basically discriminating about each other) like dumb stupid intellectual of a whatever year old freak baby immature blah bah blah..

I mean the way he laughs is so like a baby when i tried to imitate the potato chip advertisement and he said i looked like a 3 year old..
then the teacher mentioned this weird country in chinese and we started laughing all about it, and i tried to translate it into english which sounds totally weird and wrong..
And wu chun became a laughingstock..

I don't deny the above are quite dumb and stupid things we've done but who cares..
I mean people our age can be a little immature at times to have some fun (:
PS, jiongle is immature by nature..
Anyway, having him in class is much better than being alone because time passes slower when the class spells B-O-R-I-N-G..

Yesterday's session of my first hydro therapy was totally awesome!!
Even though the exercises were a little childish and lame, i love it!! The water is warm and nice.. it is far better than the swimming pool in the resort i went some time ago..
There was this little girl.. she's very cute.. haha..

Today's the tech group had many tech meetings..
We weren't even sure about stuff..
Then SX and PS said something that sarah said before..
Hope this time it isn't going to be true..
Because the previous time someone said something like it, what was a joke became reality..
freaky..

Saw clara and nicole in the library while suen and i were finding her books about love..
It must be thick because she has to show her paternal relatives she isn't stupid..
JIAYOU!!

Just back from YES camp..
Suddenly felt empty because camp was packed with activities..
The meetings, hymn singing and workshops were very meaningful and powerful..
We(tessa and i) kinda over packed but she over-packed for the wrong stuff..
And i brought too many shorts.. and a extra shirt..

Day One (Sunday)
I went for the sunday meeting.. rare like what John said..
Subway for lunch, went to cold storage for some last minute shopping then head back to church..
It was pouring when we were about to board the bus.. when we reach NACLI, the rain stopped..
My room mates are Celeste, Mary, Tessa and Sister Ee Han.. That makes the younger ones all the sec 2 sisters that went..

I'm in MOSES!!!!!!!!! With Chun How, Jonathon Koh, Shu Hui, Darren A, Tessa, Mun Sen, Mitchell, Rachel P, Aloysius, Bro Jia Yang, Sis Jia Min and Sis Woon Cheng.
Ice Breakers games were weirdly funny.. Tuna with bake beans?? eww..
haha but we had M&Ms.. yay!!

Meeting 1 -
Bro Tong Chia shared that in the Bible, it was recorded that God wanted to be the friends of tax-collectors and sinners, and that he even ate with them, but because people only see what's on the outside, they called Jesus a glutton and a winebibber ( Luke 7:34 ) which is not true..
He did all these because "it is not well that needs a physician but the sick"..

After supper, we mingled in the room..
played games and talked and had night-watched with room mates..
I saw a cockroach in the toilet and I just said, calmly, "there's a cockroach".. Tessa screamed, causing me to scream(she scared me), causing everybody else to scream(even sister Eehan).. Mary, who was EXTREMELY brave, took the bucket and trapped the cockroach underneath it..
Then we didn't know what to do, so we waited for Sister Eehan, she came in and she didn't know what to do too..
So Mary took the broom and pan and half-squashed the cockroach and swept it out, while we four cringed..
Then out of no where, there was a cockroach in sister Eehan's bag.. Sister Eehan screamed first, and Mary DID IT AGAIN.. I can't believe the other campers from the other rooms didn't hear us..
Tessa gave me her pillow and ended up using my soft bag as a pillow..

Day Two (Monday)
Heard Sister Eehan talking to Mary, then i woke up..
Had 5BX and it was really really tiring.. push up and stuff..
Breakfast was Chicken porridge and Nasi Lemak.. tes mary and i took porridge while celeste and sister Eehan had the other one..
Played MATTHEW MARK LUKE JOHN and finally over threw sister Eehan who was suppose to be the unbeatable..
Had a long walk to a place where we played Ultimate Frisbee..
We won every match except for the match with David (they're only good at sports).. Trashed by 7-0.. i was almost blinded if i was taller or a mm in front of where i stood.. was grazed by Eeshan.. he's very aggressive that's why other teams also lost.. But MOSES but up a great fight!!!

We bonded more during the indoor games.. played a few games, tessa was the rep twice for "Don't forget the (hymn) lyrics". . MOSES got both right without any life-lines and we were the only group that didn't use any!!!! yay..
Jonathan Koh told tessa, " you sang? It doesn't sound like you, voice so angelic."
tessa was so happy bit i had to remind her that that means she sound devil-ish normally.. hahahah i am evil..

I forgotten what we did in the workshop but later i went back to the room and changed into formal wear..
I looked weird wearing a dress and refused to come out of the toilet.. Put on tessa's jacket and felt better..
Meeting 2 was very powerful and touching.. it was about God and us having a 2-way friendship..
We cannot ask Him to do all the things for us but don't do anything for Him, God isn't a genie.. Abraham and God's friendship was a very close and intimate one, where God told Abraham that He wanted to destroy the city of Sodom, but Abraham prayed for Lot's family, and God agreed to let them live.. it was so amazing..
There was also a comparison of the slave girl and the 3 masters. 2 were bad, but the good one kept bidding for her, eventually she was sold to the good master for a very great price. The master, brought her to the black smith and broke the chains, he said to her "you're free now" and walked away.. Shocked, the slave girl ran after him and said she wanted to be his slave for us.. it is like us, Jesus freed us and if we want to go back and wander about, we would be a slave of sinners again..

Went back to room to change into shorts so was late and alot of people were waiting for food so we just helped.. My face was super hot chun how poured oil into the pit, thinking the fire would be bigger but there was alot of smoke.. *cough cough* but it felt good serving..
Had cup noodles because matthew brought some and sister min sze said we must have some proper to eat.. Mary wanted to eat too so tessa poured her's into a glass cup.. haha weird..
sister Eehan taught us another game about Mac.. but i can't get it right in chinese..
Was tired so slept early..
used mary's jacket to create 'Romantic lights'..

Day Three (Tuesday)
Morning watch was first then 5BX.. today's one wasn't that tiring but it's still crazy.. stomach hurting!! Today's MATTHEW MARK LUKE JOHN consisted of more people.. 14 sinners!!!!!!! all of us squeezing to fit one table.
Then check out..
during the workshop, there was some hymn singing and a sister suggested that those who were touched by the singing stand up.. I saw celeste standing so i did as wel(i prayed to God that if someone stood, i would too).. then tessa too.. God really answer prayers..
MOSES did our reflection and what we wanted to accomplish from today till the end of Dec/2008.. I wanted to have Morning Watches and read finish Mark and 1,2,3 John..

Photo taking and i was squeezed in between.. haha.. but it was cool..
Had the last lunch before break camp and took 200 to Buona Vista Mrt station with other saints..
it was cool..
